# Medium sized Bank gains competitive edge over other regional banks
Conducted feasibility and proposed innovative products for their Private Banking customers. Product offered clients with portfolio management services to manage various asset classes in real time; this included securities and bullion. Project involved connectvity to domestic securities, local stock market depository, links to broker networks and global aggregators. Bank had the distinction of being the first to launch the service.


# Wireless strategy for growing retail business of Banking major
Project involved strategy consulting & professional services to develop roadmap, business plan, design and branding. This Bank has successfully deployed a personalized, customer oriented and proactive service. Bank is now acknowledged as a technology pioneer.

# Compliance and Audit – Enterprise risk mitigation
Project involved design and implementation of a risk mitigation framework essentially to contain and manage enterprise wide operational risk resulting from failed systems, procedural errors, fraudulent transactions, internal and external irregularities and inconsistent operations. Bank will extend and adapt the risk mitigation framework with other Basel II compliance initiatives.

Telecom

# Implement Wireless Service delivery platform for Telecom operators
Project involved business strategy, design and implementation of a service delivery platform with integration to operator billing and subscriber databases. Product strategy enabled Operators to sign up for ASP services or opt for ON PREMISE licensing. Service was strategic to operators as it offered substantial cost savings and cut the lead time to market.


# Enable m-commerce and Mobile payments
Reviewed operator services, utility payments and various e-government services and identified potential targets for Mobile payments. Designed framework to enable wireless payments and simultaneously connect to different payment systems to facilitate a variety of payment modes and services. Payment network serves as the mobile payment channel.
